i was thrilled with how close it was to the theme parks. the free shuttle service saved a ton of money and hassle! the kickback food and drinks were such a bonus, and i definitely appreciated the free popcorn and soda, too. i want to call out the friendly and helpful staff for their excellent service.
the gym was a little small, but it sufficed for a quick workout.

The staff was very kind. i enjoyed the biscuits at breakfast. They were divine!!! also, the eggs were cooked perfectly. the hotel was clean, a special touch i really appreciated.
The pool area felt a little small. Otherwise, everything was wonderful.

I liked the complimentary breakfast and dinner, they saved me money. the hotel provides shuttle buses to universal parks. my room was quite clean, and the bed was comfortable. the staff always wore a smile and seemed eager to assist.
The pillows were a bit too small. I could have asked for more, though.

The complimentary breakfast featured a nice variety. I enjoyed the waffles and fresh fruit. The evening kickback included three free alcoholic drinks. The location provided convenient access to attractions , and being near dining options was beneficial. I found the staff consistently friendly and always ready to help with directions.
The pool area seemed a bit crowded at times , making it difficult to find a lounger.

The check-in process was quite efficient. I appreciated the provision of complimentary soft drinks. The location proved convenient for accessing nearby restaurants (a Wendy's is next door).
The hotel's pool area needs some attention. There were a limited number of subeds available (only 7). I noticed issues with homeless individuals on the premises. The road outside created significant noise.

i found the room spacious i stayed in a king suite sofa bed. the breakfast had good options like waffles and eggs. the universal partner desk helped me book the free shuttle to the parks from 7am to 11am.
the pool area was a little small it could become crowded quickly.
